TERMS & CONDITIONS
BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE END-USER AGREEMENT.
The services, provided by MJJSHOP and partner is provided to you ("User") under the terms and conditions of this End-User Agreement, and any amendments thereto and any operating rules or policies that may be published from time to time by MJJSHOP and partner, all of which are hereby incorporated by reference. The End-User Agreement comprises the entire agreement between User and MJJSHOP and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein.
In consideration of use of the Services, User agrees to: provide true, accurate, current and complete information about User as prompted by the Registration Form, and to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any information provided by User is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, MJJSHOP and Partner have the right to terminate User's account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.
Unless specified otherwise, products are new. Prices, promotions and/or discounts may be changed at any time without notice. Daily mailshots of promotion and/or communication may be sent to registered customers. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, including any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. MJJSHOP shall not be liable for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else using your membership number or account, either with or without your knowledge. All purchases are final. Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
ATTENTION: AOL E-MAIL ADDRESSES. Due to AOL unprofessional and unethical way to treat other ISP, e-mail confirmations sent by MJJSHOP to their customers when REGISTERING, ORDERING or
simply COMMUNICATING, never arrive to AOL e-mail users. We do suggest customers to register to our website by using different e-mail accounts, not AOL.

IMPORTANT: MJJSHOP reserves the right to immediately terminate, without notice, your use of, or access to, this Site at any time if MJJSHOP decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this Agreement or any relevant law, rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that MJJSHOP considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable e.g. fraudulent complaints.

HOW TO ORDER IN 7 STEPS
1. Create your account.
2. Click on My Account button in the home page and log in typing your e-mail address and password.
3. Choose the item(s) you want to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. The item(s) will be placed in your cart. From here:
a. If you added to your cart a wrong item, select its "Remove" check-box and click the "Update" button. The selected item(s) will be removed.
b. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button to go back and browse the shop.
c. If you want to complete your order and buy the item(s) in your cart, click the "Checkout" button.
4. DELIVERY INFORMATION: choose from your address book where you would like the items to be delivered to. At this point you must check that the details necessary for Delivery are correct; if you need to edit or change address, click the "Change Address" button and fill in the "New Shipping Address" form. Now click on "Continue" to continue the checkout procedure with the preferred shipping method selected. Click the "Continue" button. If you are paying with Paypal please note that shipping address must be the same registered with Paypal.
5. PAYMENT INFORMATION: choose from your address book where you would like the bill to be sent to (usually the same as Shipping Address). In this page you must check that the details necessary for Billing are correct; if you need to edit or change address, click the "Change Address" button and fill in the "New Billing Address" form. Now click on "Continue" to continue the checkout procedure with the preferred payment method selected. Click the "Continue" button to confirm the order. If you are paying with Paypal please note that shipping address must be the same registered with Paypal.
6. CONFIRMATION: In this final page you can check again all the details provided (Delivery Address, Products, Shipping Method, Billing Address, Payment Method) and edit them further on, if you need, by clicking on "Edit". If everything is correct, click the "Confirm Order" button to be redirected to Paypal. ATTENTION: If you're paying using a credit card not registered with Paypal please make sure to click the "Click Here To CONFIRM Your Order or It Will Not Be Processed" button after the payment (on the Paypal website) to confirm your order otherwise your payment will be refunded because of unconfirmed order.
7. FINISHED: your order is now completed and you will receive an "Order Process" confirmation e-mail by MJJSHOP.COM

Please note that discount cannot be applied to orders placed before the discount activation request. Discount activation is notified via e-mail to the applying members.
SHIPPING
With merchandise warehouses in UK, Italy, France, USA and Japan, MJJSHOP dispatch all orders in superior packaging to ensure you receive your goods in perfect condition. Moreover, as per MJJSHOP shipping policy that guarantees a 100% secure delivery, items are never dispatched via non-trackable cheap mail services.
To prevent Paypal fraudulent complaints, all orders are shipped within 2-5 working days via trackable registered signed-for airmail only. In most of cases, depending on destination country, you will be able to track your order online. Due to technical issues MJJSHOP regrettably does not offer refunds on products already ordered and/or dispatched. In case of problems with your purchase, you should e-mail us outlining the nature of the problem.
If a registered dispatch is lost or stolen in the mail, please be sure a replacement will always be offered to you within 60 working days. MJJSHOP is not responsible for returned dispatches due to unclaimed parcels and/or wrong addresses, you are entirely responsible for any extra fee you may incur in order to arrange a new dispatch and/or delivery.
